I'm not sure if it's possible to fix due to the way the model is mechanical in nature, but the TPIK is broken for ARC9. The joint elbows are floating.

There used to be big versions of these models, but it appears with these new update it doesn't include them. Use the ragdoll resizer, and the resize number is 14.00.
