Actually, they are better than their vanilla counterparts. A bladed staff of only catun quality does more damage than a naginate from skeleton smiths...

They also seem to be a bit too strong for being supposedly worse versions of existing weapons- The bladed staff at lowest quality is as good as most other polearms of the same quality.

A solution would be to make the weapons smaller, i guess? I set up home in Squin and the whole town is littered with bandit weapons, since they're slaughtering Starving Bandits by the dozen each day- And i can't pick them up either because that'd be theft lol.

Heya! Oh yeah, I'm in squin, where shek guards will pick up any "evil" dudes they see. So they try to empty their inventories when they pick people up? :P It's really just a bummer to see so many weapons on the ground in my clean town. :UnhappyMask:

@MasterCrumble That sounds like really strange behavior. I don't know what would cause that, or how I'd approach the issue to fix it. I don't think it would happen with my ronin mod, because enemies don't spawn with those weapons. Could be slavers picking up characters and dropping their weapon on the ground because they don't have the space for them?

Heya, I'm enjoying this mod a ton! But the weapons seem to drop on the ground when enemies die or just get knocked down, resulting in tons of weapons on the ground (like when they attack a base repeatedly). Is that a vanilla game thing, or something you could possibly fix? I think it's the same with your ronin mod too.

To answer the few questions I've received regarding locations selling the bandit weapons, I haven't currently set any specific stores to carry them. I can add them to a few stores, in the next couple of days.

@PL They're found across the land, at this present moment - Shek shops will sell the Tenderizer, Shark will sell a bit of all of them, and etcetera. I can look up the exact shop location for you if you'd like, however.

The bladed staff seems much better than the other polearms in the game. Not saying your weapon is too strong, but the base games polearms are much too weak imo.

I like this. It makes the bandits a little harder to tussle with, and brings in some diversity. but I'll be damned if I use one of these.

@Fitzkrieg I've actually got plans for another weapon pack regarding them... but, if you'd like these weapons to spawn for cannibals, just take a look at the starving bandit/dust bandit entries in the FCS. You just need to add my weapons to the list of weapons that cannibals can spawn with.

ok thanks for the quick reply. when i wrote my earlier i was thinking about just showing the stats for all the normal quality wepons but i'd forgoten that the diferance quality makes changes form wepon to wepon too.

I'll just make a test game and cheak them out there.

@Planetfall I didn't include stat readouts because they come in all different qualities, so just shy of showing all different variations, I wasn't sure how I'd concisely display it. However, to answer your question, the idea is that they can be solid choices if you find one of a high quality but on the enemies you'll be fighting, they'll be a step up from what will be available early on.

I'll put it this way: you'd sure as hell choose them over an iron club. But you'd probably drop the crude chopper if you found a good ringed sabre.
I don't plan on uploading photos of the weapon's stats to the workshop page, but if you would like specifics, I'd be happy to add you on Steam and I can send you any info you'd like to see that way.

@FoxyAndris We can chat about this on the Kenshi discord, I'd be happy to help you out a bit. May consider writing a tutorial.
