This mod is a "light" version of Expert AI 4.0 which states that it doesn't work with "95%" of the mods, so I'd imagine you probably managed to get one of those 95%.
I tested the mod standalone and it works as intended.
As for modded, I don't use the super popular ones like MD, Road to 56, Kaiser, etc; so I can't vouch for those.
This mod seems to have a UI conflict with Better Mechanics: Frontline AI

Essentially the ADS mod's Ctrl+Shft+O Menu has a button that can apply all to selected Nations, but when installed with the Frontline AI mod, the button and the numbers from the sub menu disappear from the ADS mod (When Ctrl+Shift+O again with a selected nation for a personalized buff to that nation).
Doesn't break either mod (Not that I know of) but it does cause a hassle for the UI.
Just posting this here for anyone who seems to use both the mods noted
I'm asking because I want to make other countries except the majors have lower organisation and research speed
I tested with only your mod activated and it still appeared like that. Why would this mod change that graphic anyway?
I'd love to, for instance, just double my own and the AI's building speeds and efficiency growth.
That way, the game's progression would feel much smoother, instead of feeling like I've got new stuff researched just before I've made enough of the old stuff....
