Well I don't know what other to do besides unsubscribing and redownloading except for a direct download here. [mega.nz]

This is the project file, so unzip the folder "komeshiro_kisu" to:
"C\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects\"

If you don't have a 'myprojects' folder, make one and put the 'komeshiro_kisu' there.
