Be aware to who's going to subscribe to this asset: Ditto on others saying about the unrealistically high attraction and drawing unusually high number of tourists pouring in and coming out of the library, basically breaking the city's traffic system. I've only had one city that could successfully handle that kind of traffic and that's because it's pretty close to a highway interchange and the city is still small. If you have a fairly large city and large population, think twice before using this asset.

Undeniably, it's a beautiful and well done asset, so beautify that I actually spend a minute or two just looking at the sims doing things inside because you can literally look through the windows in the front! And it serve as a library to so will add to your city's library capacity. But since the unrealistic high capacity, or attraction/entertainment setting (not sure which one is the culprit, perhaps it's the capacity like @MrMiyagi said), it doesn't suit my other larger cities.

Hi, a friend asked me to check out the issue with this building because they really like it but it causes problems they couldn't figure out. Here's what's up:

Because you have the capacity set SO high, it attracts way too much traffic (of all kinds) and thus reduces the value of properties around it and increases the crime rate.

I see you linked the stats of the real building. The capacity of game buildings should NOT be set at real life statistics. They must be set at a level similar to other in-game buildings so that it balances with the game's AI. A regular library has 100 visitors. You need to set this one to a max of about 200 and upload that new version. It's a super easy and quick fix! :) Hope that helps!

This is a very nice looking building, but it creates a surreal amount of visitors(tourists and locals alike). Maybe on pair to the Space Needle monument. Is there any way to fix this with RICO or any other mod, instead of modifying it with asset editor?

I am a total noob to this game so I get easily awed by the work of modders. This asset though is truly amazing. Watching the sims in the library is too fun. You can even in zoom in and look through the holes in the roof at stuff happening inside. Love it. Great job.

This library is so beautiful I just plopped 3-4 of them in my 15k pop city.
The only problem with it is that the cims seem to find it as beautiful as I do so be sure to plop it on bigger streets that can handle the crowd
