This mod provides components for other mods to use when building their UI. It has no menu. You're probably thinking of Mod Config Tool.

As of the latest update (6/15/22) this mod isn't working for me anymore. Even deleting the launcher folder no longer helps.

These files are opened in garbled code. Surprisingly, you can even add such files in your mod. How do you do this? How to open and edit these UI files? (refer to some suspected unpackaged XML files, which seem to be done through a dedicated UI editor? Or, how to decode?) Looking forward to your reply, thank you!

how do we access the mod in game as i don't see anyway to access it; when some of my mods use it.

Yeah, ask the author of the busted mod to update it. Or try loading the save without that mod, maybe it'll load.

i dont know but maybe is not working properly because in the middle of one campaign (without crashing) my respec skill point and skip diplomacy mods stopped working. thanks in advance
