No. Too much other vanilla function is hooked into the vanilla capitals. Replacing them breaks too many things.
Spillik 9. apr. 2018 kl. 2:51
I don't know how it works but would be nice if those building were like capitals of the planets. So, after colonization you just upgrade your settlement to one of building with needed modifiers. Possibru?

@Mur Latest update has alternatives for machine empires.

Thanks for making a cool mod, I think I will try this out!

Quite. I appreciate the sarcasm/platitude/defence anyway.

"I really like these building icons, do your other mod’s icons look this much like vanilla? That’s the main reason I stopped using the main AlphaMod." Yes, you do.
Chastity the Celibate 8. apr. 2018 kl. 5:09
@AlphaAsh, oh, I’m sorry. I have no opinion on your art whatsoever.
AlphaAsh  [ophavsmand] 8. apr. 2018 kl. 4:22
There's an update coming with alternatives for machines, probably today, as it's in testing now.
Mur 8. apr. 2018 kl. 4:19
Yep, machine empire! Got it! All shinny toys for plesky meatbags :(
AlphaAsh  [ophavsmand] 8. apr. 2018 kl. 3:42
Are you playing a machine intelligence? If so, you can't use the buildings. There aren't any alternatives (yet) for machine empires.

Check you activated the mod. As soon as you use the edict, the appropriate building should be available.
Mur 8. apr. 2018 kl. 2:56
Hi AlphaAsh! Thank you for your great mods!

Should I see new buildings right after I accept specialization via planetary edict or I have to research something before? I am using both mods, but cannot see new buildings options.

Bloody reddit. I create an expectation because... well, I'm a professional, and if you slack, the critics eat you alive. It's no wonder most professionals who also mod do it with considerable silence and anonymity.

Truth is, I don't want feedback or criticism on my art chap. Never liked it. Don't care how that makes me look. My ball, my game ;)
AlphaAsh  [ophavsmand] 8. apr. 2018 kl. 2:17
90% of the icons in AlphaMod have always been composites of existing vanilla icons, same as the ones in this mod. It's the 10% that aren't that seems to have created this dislike of the aesthetics of my building art. It's mods so meh - I make game art professionally and that's where most of my time on original art will go.

I really like these building icons, do your other mod’s icons look this much like vanilla? That’s the main reason I stopped using the main AlphaMod.

a www, what a neat idea, just a bit sad that stellaris 2.0 is so horrible i will never be able to use this mod.
but still, nice mod once again ash :)
Chastity the Celibate 4. apr. 2018 kl. 8:26
Cool.
AlphaAsh  [ophavsmand] 4. apr. 2018 kl. 8:26
Yep and yep.

Your building icons are better than normal. Congrats. Can these be built on habitats that are specialized. Also, are we supposed to be able to give mining specialization to Mining Habitats from the Utopian Dream?
