Kosovo is Kosovo. Serbia is Slav and Slavs are from Russia. The word slave derives from slav btw.

I know this was made as an April Fool's joke, but it was honestly a pretty fun civ to play as. The UB was great, and definitely helped quite a bit in the early game. Most of the UA and leader ability were useful once they kicked in, although it might be good to make them contingent of declarations of friendship instead of alliances, since it was quite a while before those were even able to be formed. The UU was fun to play around with, and pretty versatile. On the whole, you actually made a really good civ here.
