dunno which is more correct, but I think it should be the reverse, Refinery should be only 1 Building, while Industrial Hub or Mine is the module, because Refinery has been always a processing plant, not a mine. my 0.02c

You should add in flavor localisations for space-stations that are focused on these, call them Industrial Hubs for organics, and Orbital Refinerie Center for hive-minds.
