Having revisited and read some other comments, it looks like the problem is with the male hairstyles. The facial hair doesn't adjust to head shape so it looks really weird on most head shapes. Is there any way to fix this or to remove the facial hair?

Should really remove the beards from the male hairstyles. They look incredibly bad on pawns with anything but the small pointed face.

In the vanilla game when a person loses their eye - do they get an eyepatch or some other visual effect? I can't remember if it was this game or another one.
