great job really like this house its not overdone like many others and blends in with scenary unlike many others! One addition to it that I would like is a viewing platform without railings on the edge with maybe a table and chairs to enjoy the view!

@MATTCM919 You said that you wanted to add a pool or hot springs at some point do you still think that you are going to do that or are you just done with this house? If you are can I have permission to add them my self and then re-upload? (crediting you for the original and bulk of the work ofcorse) (I have been modding since with morrowind, before oblivion came about so i think i could do a fair job.)

I was going to make my own because i cant find one to fit my style but i did not want to spend the time honestly, and yours seems to have what i am looking for (special, extraordinary, LARGE but NOT a full on castle, STORAGE and a FURNACE .

LOOT saying that this mod Contains 63 ITM records and 19 deleted references. Clean with TES5Edit. Should I clean it or not?

This is by far the best house I've had in the game and I've tried A LOT of houses. It has the perfect storage, needed to sort all sorts of materials for crafting and enchanting and it is the one house that I always come back to as home. It's efficient and extremely convenient given the inconveniences that exist in the game. It's obvious that a lot of thought and consideration went into this mod and I really appreciate it because after all these years, it's still my favourite. Thank you MattCM919!

I just started using mods in game, this is the best house I've seen in all of Skrim! Perfect, beautifully built and decorated, not over done with sacks, unuseable boxes, etc. Heaven in Skrim! Thanks very much for your time and effort and all the goodies you left for us as well!

This is the best house mod that I've come across so far, it's absolutely beautiful!

The only main issue I experience is how books and other placed objects fly off their shelves?
For example: If I replace anything on any shelf with something from my inventory, the next time I enter the building it will be on the ground (or in some cases, teleported to a different room!).

Does anyone have a fix for this? Do any other mods help fix issues like this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

This has got to be the MOST beautiful house in Skyrim, without a doubt! I absolutely adore it. I love all the wonderful things you have hidden all over the house. I love the views. I just can't say enough. It is truly the best personal home MOD for Skyrim!

i'd like to thank you for making this mod, i downloaded it a while ago in a bundle and went into a cave where I met a follower, upon exiting the cave I was met with this WONDERFUL house you created, a big thanks from katara the kajit and my arong...lizard person follower :D

Did the introduction of paid mods do something to this mod, my house disappeared and I had a lot of unique items stashed there. I know I can gen them in but I would much rather my house come back. Any idea what might have caused this?

The only problem I can find is that the books have a habit of flying off the shelves. Now my library is a total mess! Apart from that this house is absolutely amazing!

I love this house so much! It is beautiful, and reminds me so much of some of the uber Dimensions people created in Rift. I love to do all my alchemy and enchanting here as a get away from those dang kids in my house in Whiterun. ;-P Well done!

I was really excited when I saw the 6 barrels and immediately started organizing my weapons and armor by type, but then they reset and I lost my stuff, but other than that, it's a beautiful house.

This house is perfect. It's a perfect size, has everything you need, and has a great layout. The only thing I would like to see added are more mannequins.I like displaying the unique armor I collect in-game, and more mannequins would be cool. Maybe place a couple upstairs or on the ground floor?

Hello OP.

I have searched tirelessly for a place to safely place my collected daedric artifacts and other unique problematic items, and am very tired of reading online posts containing arguements and preconceptions based on former updates.

So please......Is this a place where I can not just store, but DISPLAY the artifacts and armor on manequins and weapon racks?

I've never used the main house but the courtyard alone is so pretty I use it as the staging area for all my followers.

@Mattcm919 love this player house. All the other player homes that use this location are way too much, this is grand without being...annyoingly so lmao

@feosiwolf As far as I'm aware this mod is compatible with the "family can live everywhere" mod, but doesn't work for hearthfire kids apparently
