дело в том что, если бы и даже моделька импортировалась с костями, было бы легче подстраивать под скелет вентелей (вольво, hl2), ну а если без скелета пд, то наоборот подстраивать скелет вентелей под позу модельки

я знаю, но я корявопортер, и не такое вытворял, я уже пытался модельку с костями пд в гаррис, самое геморное это делать весы на каждую кость, ну а если плеермодельку то это уже однозначно под скелет вентелей

даже с костями они будут не верными, кости пейдея и кости сурса отличаются

так ты из игры сразу импортируешь с костями? или же прогой в .obj конвертируешь? я много времени пытался модельки грабителей вытащить, прямо с костями, для блендера есть скрипт импортирующий .model, но он никак не может импортнуть костюм на всех грабителей, и не создает и не сохраняет весы
