I am pretty sure it is not possible with this nation at least. I had Triballi, Macedon, Pergamon, Celtici and many others as satrapies, I constantly had a general in their territory, and after 50 turns or so, I gave up (they obviously had tier IV barracks). I was looking forward to recruit Royal Peltats, Noble Fighters, Agema Spears and Oathsworns, to no avail.

Maybe it happens only with the Desert Kingdoms factions? As I told you, I could recruit tier IV levies in other campaigns.

Another odd thing is that I couldnt recruit Illyrian Marines either from Dalmatae, which it is a tier III unit.

You can recruit any units that the other faction can recruit in that province. Each turn, some units are randomly selected to be available.

Hi, I have a doubt about this mod. In an old campaign playing as Syracuse I could recruit tier IV units from my clients (namely Rome´s Praetorians), but in my current Numidia´s campaign I can only recruit up to tier III, is it because this faction belongs to a latter patch? Thanks in advance.

Ah okay, so I could just theoretically take units off the elite list and see them. Alright thank you, I'll give it a go.

As far as I remember all units can occure in the levy list if their training level is not 'elite'.

If you don't mind give me the right "directions" so to speak. I'm looking at adding mod units to the client levy list and I'm not sure what enables said units to allowed to be levied in the PFM. Basically I'm just wondering what "toggles" a unit to allowed to be levied.

There wasn't any game patch so this mod should still work as always.

Hello, I've been using this mod really well, but it doesn't seem to work at the moment. I can't recruit elite unit in client country. Do you have any plan for check this mod? By the way thank you for your mods. They are best for me.

That is interesting. I can't even find anyone saying that the training level does anything other than what you used it for.

In one column (don't remember which one) the entry "elite" has to be changed to allow levy recruitment.

What change did you make in the Land Units Tables? It that to make the random levies have better options? I'm not seeing which part you would even change for that. You make many great mods that I have used not only to play with but also to learn how to mod this game. Thank you!

No, it does not make units invisible. It has absolutely no chance to make your units invisible. You are using to many mods, that's all. It has nothing to do with this mod.

True. I've uploaded 145 mods for Rome II and I don't waste my time subscribing to and updating them all after each patch, especially since they wouldn't need an update at all.

@rafael25050 Often times the launcher says a mod is out of date. Most likely this is only due to the mod creator simply not updating the mods tags for the latest patch, and the mod still works. As a general rule, you should check out the comments and test the mod yourself (in isolation preferably). Most of the time the mods are perfectly functional.

I mean the other way round, not random, just choosing 5 units from the client roster depending on buildings. Perhaps what I'm talking about is impossible, and your mod already patches quite well it, since 5 units per turn provides a great chance for the desired units to appear.

Each turn a certain number of units is chosen from the client state roaster that is available in a certain region, depending on buildings. So there already is a random concept.

I´ve just tested it and it works. I just wonder whether it adds DLCs specific units such as Tylis Tribal Warriors since I can´t check it out yet. Anyway, thank you very much, it´s exactly what I was looking for.

By any chance, is it possible to put away random concept in recruiting from a client? I mean, that the available roster of your client appears (based on its built barracks) and just choose from there.

Sup dude. I've got my general to Cimmeria (from the second attempt, the first one died from natural causes upon arrival lol). In one turn that I've been there I have been able to levy one Cimmerian Heavy Archer. And next turn the opposing party secceded so the dude that made it to Cimmeria will be slaughtered by my satraps haha. Apparently it works, either from purchasing DLC and reloading the game or just on extremely rare occassions. I also suspect there may be some sort of a cap for the number of these archers on the map.

Anyway @Nor Dorgoth, I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love your mods. Levying changed the game for me big time. I was finally able to do what I wanted in the game without crazy and nearly impossible hustle of getting nice levied units with vanilla recruitment caps.

Yeah, I am sure. According to Honga.net , Cimmeria needs Tier 3 military building to build Scythian Hoplites and Cimmerian Heavy Archers. I kep a general in there for decent 10 turns, five of them after going into steam store to buy Cimmerian DLC. Thoigh that goddomin CA does not let me hire Cimmerian units since I don't own the DLC. But hell no.

My one last theory is that I did not reload the game fully after buying the DLC, jsut re-entered the campaign save. Will be checking tonight. Also, The other mediocre assumption is that I did not check Cimmeria buildings in game and rely on Honga.net , probably something's different and tehy need Tier 4.

Well okay, you are talking about vanilla units, right? Are you sure the Cimmerians are able to recruit those units in this province?
