Could you make this into a version as a school? I wanted to use it as a private catholic school (that can help with the education levels in the game). I tried to do it on my end but Its definetly not as simple as I thought. Great job too!

Would you happen to know what the required items are? Vent Prop 5 (Found rotating one.), Vent prop2 (Couldn't Find), & Vents ComLow L3 4x3 (Found props one.).

Does this require some sort of DLC, because I can't seem to locate it in game using Find It or in any of the Unique Buildings categories?

I looked into Noise and it is set for 0, the Entertainment radius is large to make your neighborhood happy to have a church.
