yeah its neat to have, but to use as an actual house, it sucks. The house is a bit of a maze, and everything is so spread out.

how about a "bank chest" that gradually accumulates more money as th estate sells more honey to the black briars? or some new speech options with maven?

would like to see some wagons coming into the estate to get the produced honey and get tthem loaded up and returned to maven for a price.

You should make possible upgrade their armors/weapons or something like that...

is there way change those mercenaries clothes/armor? I dont like those fur armors what they use...

I just played through this story, it turns out that Maven does not own the estate. She was furious that Aringoth sold it. And since Karliah turned out to be the buyer, Karliah is the proper owner of the estate. Maybe an adjustment could be done so she could go live there, instead if of in that funky old temple ruin?

great idea for a mod in some cases it makes sense but as it still belongs to maven black-briar it wouldnt make that much sense unless she rewards it to you and shes not a very rewarding person.

well if possible can you make a big armory nearby or in the Estate I read that you already add weapon plaques and display cases but can you add manniquins, more display cases, and weapon & shield plagues in this armory shed nor room?

my character is a horse thief so really all this mod needs is some stables please?

There is a mod called Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions. It allows the player to adopt up to six children instead of the standard two. I would like to see and be able to have my character's addition kids and of course spouce live in one house. could you modify to be compatible?

Great mod. I agree that making this mod in itself family-friendly so to speak would be extra awesome. Getting the wife and kids in.

just a few thoughts, maybe an armory down in the basment and clean up the cob webs, or make the basement into a tavaren, some deco thru out the house and some working book shelves. maybe put a garden out near the bee hives, upgrade the beds styles. maybe hire a captain for that ship out back to take you to other cities and raven rock. great mod and thanks for making it.

Yes, garden, spouce/children. I know modding is awful hard, but this home is great. And for us who want a family as well as being a thief and Dragonborn would love this house. What's good is a home if you live alone. I marry Brynjolf and we could walk to work. LOL In fact it would make a great "New Thieves Guild" home. The recruits could live in the Cistern and the seniors and Brynjolf and family at Goldenglow. Just food for thought

I'm confused, all the doors are already unlocked for me and no mecenaries ever respawn for me. thats without the use of any mod. Are you sure yuo completed everything ingame pertaining to the estate?

Maybe its becasue I killed everyoen on the quest but there is not one NPC anywhere on the Estate. Is there a way to repop them?

also it sits on the most beauiful lake, but the outside needs some lush trees and grass, maybe some flowers too..

please build some big stables leaving at least one stall for the players horse. To many mods give you free horses and it kinda ruins it when you have a special horse and no place to put her... Also this house is so large would be great with a live in chef, a bard, and some guards that come and go from the house....
