I haven't updated the github version in a long time, since this version worked quite well at the time I uploaded it (for usage on my RP servers). I probably won't update it with the latest version, or if I do, i'll be uploading another version with the latest github version (unless CapsAdmin released their own, in which I will do nothing)

Strange. Regardless, ill keep this version up. Its not been updated or some time, but this release of PAC is/was a solid one back when I used it on my server.

The rumor ive heard is that someone mass reported it with bots and it was autoflagged and removed. Do not know the truth but that is plausable.

by "malicious code" he means backdoors, i'd assume, and also, i had trouble downloading the new pac3 update from github, so it's useful that it's here, and he even credits the creators and gives the github link
