I've made an update to ensure the cremate option is always visible. It's a hack job and I'm a script kiddie but it's working for my Build 41 Server that had some other mods clashing with it.

Hello. Short update from my side. In version B42 the developers added some code to put a corpse on a campfire. I figured out, that this logic is not working at all. Since the complete inventory system has changed a bit, I have to program the core functions again for the new B42 version. At the moment I don't have enough time to do that. But I'll give it a try by begin of march. So wish me luck and thanks for your support.

Would really love to have the automatic thing. Coz I organize corpses on one single huge pile and well it would save a lot of my own time to just let my character do the work while fast forwarding. To prevent burning you could make a little workaround so if corpses are like <10 tiles away you character wont walk and corpses would "teleport" into the fire. It isnt OP or anything but an actual quality-of-life mod. Less grind more joy

Semi-Auto means the player character walks to the campfire automaticaly and throw the corpse in by right click on the fire and selecting "cremate corpse".

@Green sure you have to pick them up and then can right click on the camp fire to burn them. I've thought about an automatic way of picking up corpses in a defined radius. But the player character always walks across the lit campfire and got burned. So the simple way was to do it only semi-auto. In this case it is also more realistic and not to overpowerd.

One problem is that when the campfire is lit, you need to have inventory or hold corpses in order to put them into the campfire and burn them. If there are hundreds or more corpses on the ground, unless you can place the corpse next to the campfire, right-click and automatically Put the corpse in, otherwise it is only suitable for small quantities of corpses, because it will take a lot of time to perform this operation

I like this mod as it allows me to roleplay and clear the area of corpses in a more realistic way compared to dumpsters, while also giving these former humans a sense of dignity XD

And easier than burying them like what I used to do which took way too much time lol

Since it is just a mod to get rid of dead bodies inside your base or get some extra heat thru camp fires it is not planed to extend the mod. Like mentioned in the post before the base game doesn't have these items and you'll have to create models for all additional items.
Since I'm not playing PZ at the moment I don't have enough time to do that.

This is very nice however I kinda wish I could take the bones of them maybe use a piece of the rib cage as knife or use it as some composting material to recycle what is left of the bodies to encourage burning them instead of just lying them around for bugs to gather maggots to use for compost.

@author I do have a question for you though! Everything is working great now with no errors however there are always 2 "Cremate Corpse" options in the contextual menu. Any idea why it might be duplicating? They both function identically.

My issue was being caused by the basements mod. No errors being thrown once I removed it. Seems like it has an issue generating the right click menu when you are somewhere that cannot have a basement. No more basements for me for a while!

I get the error box that pops up when I cremate corpses. Everything works still, but every corpse I cremate, I get more errors. Not sure if this is an isolated problem or because other mods.
