Thanks :) Love to visit the city some day soon
You probably need ModTools by BloodyPenguin for that.
I am flattered...but I don't think there's a way even with building theme or district style :( (hopefully for now)
I was thinking to create a guide but I found an excellent guide that pretty much sums up the idea!

It's a tidy process but this is what I do to have a row of rowhouses.
zone an area as if you are creating stripes. zone 1 tile x depth, skip one tile, zone 1 tile x depth, skip one tile...then wait the buildings to grow on all tiles you just zoned and fill the rest after. It works for controlling the density of the area virtually just because buildings grow on 1x4 is usually taller/denser than 4x4. This goes opposite for high density. 1x4 builings are usually lower than 4x4 buildings. Hope it helps!
Thanks again BonBonB. What a map you just reviewed..!

Enjoy :)
@ifmuth
Thank you. I guess "obsessively: is a good thing? haha
@Dinizinni
Thank you. Not intentional at all but I could see it in some old industrial areas in Germany or England. Interesting to hear that. Enjoy!
Thanks again. I've seen some have a garage in the back as well or just bare concrete pavement to park a car. Yours is def the one in the 3600 variations needed to recreate Philly lol
Thanks you :)
@donoteat
Take it easy lol...but I have to agree on that you will need 3600 variations for your series...There are literally billions of rowhouses that are slightly different because of different lot sizes, extensions and renovations etc...It made me nuts from looking around on a 3D map..!
btw, I love your train creations! They're beautiful
Enjoy guys!
@tomb @cooper
You guys made me cracked up lol
Aw hell.... Baby's got BACK! Keep up the great work!
