Yeah the game can't recognize it as a half so once you have 2 going to a friend, it'll only count as 1. 4 to friends will count as 2, etc. And thanks :)

Mittelstand - Workshop works as i have experienced so far, good job!
Leopard 2 Tank - not yet researched so ill wait for it...
European Union - does not Work for me so far, do i need some technologie to acces to this? I am Friend to India, sending carawans there but they count as one, not as a half - what do i do wrong?

-Desweiteren gehen im gewissen Umfang die Vergewaltigungen und Opfer der Anschläge ebenfalls auf Merkels Konto durch ihre entweder grob fahrlässige oder gar mutwillige Politik in der Flüchtlingsikrise! The workshop building should actually be a refugee camp. -5 local happiness. Random chance on unrest. If you have build a refugee camp in every city you unlock a new wonder: german mosque. Which gives you +50 Islamic pressure in every city and all german monuments and wonders will be removed.

You forgot some of Germanys special abilities, wich includes:
-A new form of military, the club of pathfinders: All military movements are reduced by 1, maintenance doubled and strength is halved. The german premium general "Ursula von der Leyen" provides a 15% combat malus to all Land units within 2 tiles.
-If you reach the year 2014, it will start an event called refugee strom. Your happiness and goldincome ist reduced by 50% and all of your towns get +40 islamic pressure.
