Ye my intent was to add this to the balance mod at some point, for now its kinda just there.

This mod was indeed made for competitive purposes, but instead of just copy/paste-ing the Voobly mod you could have put in images for the Chinese gods in to make this mod actually useful :P

Then again, what's exactly the purpose of a mod that gives a disadvantage to you, but is not forced upon the other players in your lobby?
I basically don't play EE, but if desync-sensitive mods get forced upon everyone in the lobby, consider adding a copy of a desync-sensitive file, so everyone in the lobby has to use it...
