@Running in the 90s Actually, it translates to "Medium Argentine Tank". "Mediano" is spanish for "Medium" ("Medical" would be "Médico")-

si queres te dejo algos ejemplos:
VLGA Gaucho ( camioneto militar argentina de uso militar)
Avion Militar "pucara" o "pampa"
super etendars (aviones militares que la armada argentina compro hace unos meses)

eso es todo, espero te interese mis ejemplos ;)
