I wished there is a 5 car variant of the Cal Train (Most platforms only support 5 car trains)

A straight port is not possible since they are different games.

I worked with TPF2 modders in the past to port over some of the assets, if there's an interest on their part and reach out to me, I'm sure we can have a conversation :)

Agh alright. Has anyone possibly figured out how to port mods from SC to TPF2?

Have no current plans to support TP2 directly, but it will be in Cities 2 when it gets official mod support.

Do you ever plan on making this for transport fever 2?

Information regarding Skyve:
- Skyve tagged this asset wrongly as broken. It doesnt have black LOD issue, the issue it refers to is fixed 20 days ago with this remake, and it belongs to 2018 version of the asset.

So ignore the warning.

2023 Update:

Caltrain KISS is remade from scratch. New asset features much more accurate topology and textures, it is modeled after the final train look and consist that is different that what it was shown 5 years ago, when original asset had been made.

I kept the name of the asset same, therefore update should be event-less.

It also has vanilla pantograph height, since old asset was made when Railway 1 & 2 wasnt even a thing.

If you want to use it on regional spawning, you need Improved Public Transport or a similar mod, that gives you the ability edit your train lines and select custom trains.

As a matter in fact, I realized that I already explained it on the description.

@Rev0 Do you have a specific website or rate chart, because I'd consider doing it myself.

You donate a specific amount of money as a compensation of my time spent, so I can work on it freely without any constraints. Each project includes complete set (vehicles + prop pack).

Trains i'm making since TGV (dates back December) are all commissioned projects. So there is not much of a free opening to make a detailed asset such as Avelia trains.

If someone sponsors it, i can make actual avelia liberty instead seems better offer for workshop

@Rev0 they did not, actually the next generation of Amtrak Acelas are going to be from Alstom, which I would be beyond ecstatic to see a model of, but there is a sever lack of Amtrak love on the workshop so I'll take what I can get, realistic or not.

The trains should be color lined right? Because i am using them and they all look exactly the same.

I used to to ride this everyday. One of them once stole my bike, I had to chase it all the way down to San Jose.

@summer106 Caltrain variants will be following config: 4, 6 (this one), 8 car variants. I've finished working on a generic model (factory livery), that will be released today with 3, 5, 7 car variants. With this, all possible configs will be covered. Thanks for all comments and likes
