I don't see why DLC is required for this. Many people agree with me, non-DLC version or we boycott.

You can easily edit Prop with the asset editor.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'd imagine that you can place an invisible pedestrian path over the quay to make it functional without covering anything up. Just a thought. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1213488864

Thats okay I can put a path/wishway alongside.It does work,though you have to be careful not to include polluted river bank as it "kills the trees".You get your Gold Star.

do people really sit on these benches, walk the quay as a walkway? Then I've looking for that. It'd be nice the quay surface looks like the pedastrian walkway beside the streets. Is that posible?
