It honestly surprises me it even boots as most uncooked maps crash the second you attempt to load them.
What's wrong with it?
Also, when you subscribe to a mod, it should automatically download it: you can check this by seeing the 'A Hat In Time Workshop Content' title in your Download Manager.
'cause the time pieces aren't spawning, which i'm guessing is because of the updates the game had.
