Yes, but a lot of the changes in 2.0.0 are actually pretty much what this mod was aiming to do -- Make outposts more useful. The version of this that I do for 2.0.0 will work differently, so I would consider it a different mod as "Outposts and Expansion" is no longer a thing in 2.0.0 due to the changes to borders and outposts becoming starbases
