The hitboxes aren't defined (so head/chestshots are useless) and it seems that it's missing the "walk" animation, as walking will T-Pose it.

Also the bow simply spazzes out.

Over all this is a good start, but needs some more work.

This model looks really great!
But it seems like, the head is not really a head. The same damage applies, if you get shot in the body/the head.
Which is a shame, it gives an unfair advantage :(
Is there a way you could look into this?

I have fixed the T-pose with the unarmed position actually. I had to decompile the model and remove the NPC animations from the QC. I.E: anything with "humans/" is NPC. This broke the jigglebones however and the only way to make them not work was to put a fake name to the jigglebone name so like 'RibbonR' was changed to "ribbonR22'
