So, before I sub, i'm gonna guess what this mod does. I'm gonna assume it takes the slowdown effect from selecting a hat from the radial wheel and applies it to the whole game? And when you move, the effect is gone? Guess we'll see! :heyred:

i hate to be a negative nancy, and not to discredit the awesome work that modders do, but a better description or even a video explaining what the mod is and actually does would be really really nice. im not one to just blindly download something and im sure other people are too O_o. Dont work really hard on something and then sell it short, describe it to us atleast a little, pweeze :[]

The mod is very cool, though the camera movement is hyper sensitive with controller.
