If you use Windows you will find a directory like "C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\Startup Company\mods\betterapplications\language" there you should find the language files. Copy the english version an rename it to ru_RU. When it is editet completly you can add me on Discord (Luca Feger#3323) and send me the file.

That doesn't sound good. Did you make any changes like changing your langauge e.g.?
A few tips for recognizing:

- Some information are in the application text
- The most cryptic parts are the first 3 or 4 sentences
- as more applications you read as more you will recognize a schema in the 3 - 4 sentences and there will be repetitions which you can sort in categories

Sometimes they just say 'Undefined' in the application for experence. Even after useing it for a few days, its still mostly trial and error. Not use what to make of a few things thow but time should fix that.

Glad to hear. That is the sense behind the mod. In a real company you can't see all important information while only looking at the application once. This feeling I've tried to reconstruct.

After trying it, I've found is difficult to figure out information about the applicants but after doing a few hires, I was about to figure out what I was looking for (I think). Its mostly trial and error when you first start but I like that you have to read and think about ya new hires.

Thank you for adding the images. I like to know alittle about what I'm getting into with a mod, having a good discription helps but a image shows ya what the changes will be. Giving it a try.
