As a Tester for Intralism, I have tested your map, and can suggest a few reasons as to why your map was not approved. To start off, your arcs appear to follow the piano notes, but have skipped some major notes; at 9.73, 14.92 and 80.9 seconds for instance.
Next, is to ensure that all your background images meet the recommended dimensions, 1920 x 1080.
