This is what the creator said about that :
unfortunately, the Source engine works by playing 1 sound for every shot. This is fine for regular sounds, as they are short, meaning MGs sound like MGs. However, the sound isn't terminated when the next one is played, so the next sound will play over the last one, turning into a flood of noise. If I could fix it, I would.

It should just be a continuous Skrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr while you fire and then when you stop it should go "a" at the end

Make it so when you mount the bipod or sight in it goes "Sk" wouldn't be a perfect solution but it'd help.
