Ton!s, your problem is two part. You don't have files at the right bitrate and you need to run the snd_rebuildaudiocache command in the console when you go into your game for the first time after putting them in the folders. Use an audio editor that can save the audio files at 44100 Hz and 16 bit rate. Also, make them mono sound. Once you have done that, run that command and this should fix your problem. This only works when you manually install audio mods, making vpks (so they work in the workshop) is different still.
