any master smith should be able to have the skill pass down i meen how the skyforg smith learn in the firt place.

As long as you have steel smithing and you use the skyforge you should be able to by default.

Uhm.. Pretty sure if you try to forge with the proper perks at the skyforge you can make skyforge steel weaponry already. I made them back before installing mods.

they have the same dmg as elven weapons
