To GeneralShotgun: Basically, somewhere in the tools list on the right of the spawn menu is something named "equipment", then it shows you a list of Half Life 2 items you can spawn. It is a checklist so if you check like a health-kit, suit-batteries and then a few weapons and click spawn, it will spawn all of those checked items. It also has a cool thing where when you spawn the weapon, you have the option to get x amount of ammo when you pick it up.
