No such file here and I'm already being a pest and flooding this. Mind pointing me the general direction you found those icons (especially the staircase ones, nightmare to find those) so I can go my way and stop being a bother.
But I have two Steam folders on different drives.
And it's not like I can switch from loading the mod and not doing it to use both, if I try using either yours or mine, textures from the other one looks like a blank on the program. It very much looks like this mod overwrites the custom textures. Not sure if it's a weird program bug, a mod bug, or just an OS quirk (Windows 8 for disclosure). It is frustrating because your mod here has some nice icons too.
