Try looking up zs_hamlet_ce.bsp. All I have left of it is a decompiled vmf from 8 years ago.

Rubat's navmesh editor tool is pretty great, makes editing a navmesh tolerable, instead of a chore. lol

Captain, if you want one with no zombies, it has it, ZS is a multiplayer gamemode, so there are no single player zombie spawns (to my knowledge)
