It's been a bit but spawn the npc in and hold c and hover over em and right click. think thats the way it works.

How do you access the groups? I'm relatively new to the concept of NPCs in general

it's a body group for the wings and a skin group for the mask

You can blame the MMD community for that. They forced Dew to remove them because the authors don't want them on GMOD. They can't do that to ours sense it's from V3 game assets and kokichi made by Yuki.

so you couldnt find a model for her but ultra despair girls is actually a 3rd person shooter so check the game files for the charater
