Ay sorry Teir. I haven't updated this in many years. I don't think I will be, so I'm sure it won't work anymore. Someone is free to take it and fix it.

does not work as of 11/10/19
wind does not work on the earth and i found ore at the normal depths
tested wind by turning on/off the mod
quite sad since this mod was not an extreme ore altering mod like some others I found

hey love the mod I'm in abit of troubleshooting ( I dont belive its your mod at all)
Trying to narrow down which mod is breaking the basic drill. All other work but the basic on will not render and i cant dig with it.

Thoughts would be great

oh i didn't even notice that and cool that means i dont need to get better ore scanner :p
NECEROS  [ophavsmand] 3. feb. 2018 kl. 17:29
I forgot to answer one of your questions: Yes, there are ore patches under ground that you may not be able to see. If you see a grey spot and your scanner doesn't pick anything up or only picks up 1 ore type, I suggest to dig down! Likely to be a big patch under ground.

Ah cool thanks for the reply

Michael, the ore patches deep under ground definitely can spawn along with top ore spawns. The upper layered ores are very close to vanilla, within 10%. Thanks for your question!

With the mod does the ore below the patches that you can see above the ground stay roughly the same? And do the large patches spawn below the same patches or in different place that are not visible from the surface?

snoopydude, yes that sounds right

So would say Silicon at 75m be one of the bigger deposits? How about Uranium at 125M?

@caleb it only works on the standard planets, sadly.
caleb 12. jan. 2018 kl. 2:49
does this work on modded planets as well

Valyn: The "small pockets of ore" are exactly like vanilla. In addition, I've added much larger chucks of ore that can spawn up to 300 m down, and can stretch a bit farther down depending on how big the vein is.

No one has commented since Dec... I was hoping someone would speak about the ore and how deep and far apart it is. Guess I will be the first to ask about the mod.

First question: When you say 'a little surface ore' do you mean very small random pocket of common iron and nickel, or all ores?
Second: is 300 the max depth or is that just the deepest starting depth and they do down from there?
