HI! first of all congratulations for your work I'm a fan. I really like this Building, but I'm building an Italian city and certain details (especially the roof) don't fit. So I slightly modified/retextured it to match an Italian style (especially with Zarrix and Armesto's builds). I'd like to share a pack of about twenty Buildings, by various authors, and there's this one too, but since 90% of the work isn't mine, I asked the authors first if they agreed. HI

@Lost Gecko Thanks for your response! I figured out the problem for me was I had to zone the land that the house sat on as high-density commercial before placing it. I love the house, thank you!

@jtrei.fly I'm not sure of anything, but it might have to do with the fact that it's a level 3 house? Maybe the level is too high for anyone to want to live there. Could also be a whole lot of other reasons, be it mod or gameplay related. Or maybe my asset, but as it's just a regular groswable and no one has reported a similar issue I doubt the asset is at fault...

I really like this house! However, every time I place one on the ground, it deletes almost immediately or after about 2-3 in-game days. I'm sure this isn't your fault at all, but do you know what might be causing this on my end? Nobody else seems to be having this problem. Any help is appreciated :)
