anyone find a decent scroll wheel mod

Hello everyone! i want to mention again i do not update this mod anymore. in regards to the scroll wheel function and not being able to see all the emblems:

i would use one of the GUI mods on the workshop. just filter by popularity

so there are so many emblems in the one category that i can not see them all if some one has a mod that adds a scroll wheel or knows how to fixes this that would be great

Hello everyone I am a normal human worm baby you have nothing to worry about

Unfortunately i am no longer updating this mod as i no longer play stellaris, additionally i tried updating it in march but it refuses to work for some reason. i suspect some hidden ineptitude on my own part.
I can say with confidence however that this mod DOES WORK fine even though it says its outdated. it will give you a bleep message but that is all. otherwise the emblems work fine.
