Was a bit sceptical about this mod, seeing as how long ago it was last updated, but i have to say i don't regret subscribing. It does exactly what it's supposed to. An absolute must in my loading order...thank you so much!!

Its only for use on tamed dinos that are up in the air, it basically forces them to land immediately.

Hey ! sorry but I don't understand what do this mod. Does it allow me to use a ranged weapon on a flyer ? or does it bring a flyer on ground as i can capture it ? Sorry i'm not a native english speaker

Yeah Phoenixs do not have a land animation, could technically make one for my Pugnacia guys, but in general they do not "technically" put their feet on the ground.

@Dark The Phoenix can't actually land, it can only hover above the ground. You were right, the animation for it was never made. :P

most likely a dumb question (considering i doubt an animation was ever made for them) but can this make phoenix land?

I just installed it on our PVE server & it worked like it should. Liked and favd. Good job and so handy sometimes if ark decides to be ark again.

Shouldnt crash anything, provide a crash report and i'll look into it.

Might have corrupted somehow... try force redownloading it and see what happens, ARK is a fickle mistress at times.

So the mod is still installed on my server, haven't removed/readded it, but my pistol has vanished along with the engram :(

Great concept, but I found a major flaw. If you are on a flying dino trying to get one that is high up in the air, the dino you are on falls as well. Just lost a tame due to the fall damage.

Need a longer range, can't shoot flyer high in sky even though you can see it. Is there a distance setting?

i use annunaki like most people (unless it's not a dino overhaul mod in which case ♥♥♥♥)

Most flyers do not allow landed riders or standing on the dino. Its just a couple checkboxes in the dev kit, but ARK by default does not allow it on their vanilla creatures. You could try a dino overhaul though, they do make the game a lot better. I personally play my own overhaul, but its up to you for that decision :)

i don't think it has anything to do with your mod, or even if it is a mod making the ♥♥♥♥ with the fliers happening, as ark from the start is a badly buggy game and is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ made. this does happen in vanilla servers, just not as bad.

Might be some other mods conflicting, because that sounds terrible lol, i'd recommend either finding a dino overhaul mod such as Pugnacia that have fixed all or most all issues with dinos, vanilla dinos or some badly modded dinos will run like crap and not perform like they should. But I cannot be held responsible for dinos and such causing your issues, the more mods you have the more likely one of them will conflict if the mod authors don't actually use their heads when they make something.

the point of me having a singleplayer server is that i don't have to do that ♥♥♥♥, but you can't really not have that happen in a game like this

i have a very modded singleplayer game, and for some reason 2 things happen
1. my flyer just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ launches me of of it when i get off of it, and
2. whenever i hit the damn quetzal my grappling hook just detaches and i get dropped.
i guess i can use tranq weapons, but i don't want to farm for gunpowder and ♥♥♥♥ to get the bullets

I would go grab a flyer you can pull a weapon out on or stand on, like a quetzal and shoot it from there if it is that high.

it must be how far away i am, cause it was quite a bit. still, i'm not sure if it was 26 foundations away

You sir, are a God among men as well as a scholar and a gentleman. It would be even better if there were a version that teleported the targeted flyer infront of you and landed them there, for those who play with high movement speeds. Only thing worse than a bird who's out of reach is one who's flying impossible circles simply trying to get to one single spot...

I haven't officially reviewed it personally yet but I have my server set up with it and a couple of mods. sadly I gotta take care of some RL crisis it's a damn shame.
