I've played all mods that requires the old removed IFA3 with the new IFA3 while ignoring the dependency of the old one, everything works fine 0 issues

for your knowledge the biggest foreing division was the blue division, division 250, in the german army with 16000m Spanish volunteers.

@tolkfan yes they did, there are different, tribalized groups of Chetniks in which remained unorganized and allied with multiple different groups.
