Not sure I'm afraid, I can only suggest at the moment, if you havn't done so already, is to make sure to delete the file in the addons folder then attempt to re-subscribe to it.

Has anyone else been having the same problem?

You shouldn't do, all non HL2 content is included in the addon, which isn't a lot.

I'll probably stick the night version up very soon, but the grass on the cliffs is still glowing, which stands out badly on the night version.
