My best advise would be to restart your game a few times to make sure the addon is mounted proporly to your gmod (this may take 5 or 6 restarts) If you check your addons and the icon shows up that it is mounted make sure you do not have anything using up that skin slot already from another addon!

Hi Ryan I did everyrhing like it wanted me to do I put in the vehicle and went to skin 1 but nothing worked do you think theres a bug with the skin?

@FireofFear Okay, so for it to work, you need to be subscribed to this, and the two required items on the right. So, when it's finished installing, you load up a map, hold Q to bring up the spawnmenu, click on the Vehicles tab at the top, go to TDM Cars, place the GMC Vandura, then hold C, right click on it, go via Skins to Skin 1 and click on that. Really hope this helps!
