Wait, duh! I just realized the glowing text is written backwards and says "necro" and "pyro." I'm not sure about the one in the bottom right but the letters are "neel." Perhaps as in "kneel."

If anybody's still curious about what this cool paint says, I recognized it as being close to the dwarvish/futharc script used in The Hobbit & The Lord of the Rings and was luckily able to decipher it!
The plain brown text reads:
Curiosity
I'm fascinated by the stars and
Their luminosity
Guided by a prophecy
...

It goes on but a quick google search revealed these to be the lyrics to a song called "Original" by Unkle Adams. The glowing letters seem to be nonsense, as they read "orcen" "orsp" and "enle." But it's awesome to see this alphabet being used here!
