Yo @Teldaril no complaints dude... more futuristic growables of all varieties or specific industries are welcome.... maybe baseline first one for each RCI and folks can track/limit of how many with theme manager or rico. Keep up the great work.

Currently i want to stick to simpler growables to generate a basis for me and get experience. Something like a mega tower would have to be more complex. I do have ideas in that direction, but other things come first.

Thanks! I am working on huge improvements on the windows (i realized that my windows and the corresponding normal map were to small to generate depth) and i try to add additional futuristic vibes on the concrete textures. When i am happy i might add these changes to my previous assets as well.

Looking good. If you co not add a helicopter marker then helicopter will by default land at centre in front of building. Since you have a helipad built in don't suppose you placed marker above building instead?
