Well, both versions of the Photon Lighting Engine like I said (two of the bars available for Photon 2, the newest & best version of Photon, are a TwinSonic & Mars Skybolt too (though the Skybolt's rather unfinished at present).

If you think these are functional lights, they are not: they're simply textures for light models.

Well, normally you can't, since they're just props, you can however use them together with either Photon or Sligwolf's Police Siren.
