this file is now located under common folder/decisions/special decisions
just add more lines and re number them

In capitalist society artists are so desperate they degrade themselves for money churning out painting after painting with little meaningful content. In socialist society artists have access to their means of sustenance secure and dont have to be street preformers for anyone wealthy enough to afford them.
