If you build the Pyramid of Itzl in-game, the mod won't work. Otherwise the mod works. If you build the Pyramid of Itzl the Dread Saurian from this mod disappears from the recruit window.

I can't seem to find the building, so I don't think the campaign side works unfortunately. Hopefully you'll have time to update it soon, but I understand life is crazy. At least I can still throw them into custom battles :)

@archon I am not sure the mod works anymore. I just don't have the time anymore to update them. If it still works there should be a level 5 building that gives you acces to it. You can then find it in the unit menu like normal units.

How do you get this to work in the campaign? This was amazing in custom battles but I can't figure how to get it in the campaign

This mod works fine for me. I do like this mod very much. I agree that a name change is needed to differentiate it from CA's Dread Saurian. Benvos1995's suggestion of Elder Carnosaur is good but I think that his mod needs a name that suggests the power of this dinosaur, which is OP. How about Tyrannotitan? Tyrannotitan is the name of an actual dinosaur but I think that the name fits this mod.

Speaking for myself, but i actually prefer your mod of the dread saurian then CA's. If you get a chance to work on it, would be nice to use this mod again. I just imagine a big T-rex on your army is pretty cool, and way cooler than the 'official' one. Maybe you could re name it to something else but still relevant.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mod works in custom battles but ONLY with generic 'Lizardmen' army. Selecting a faction causes the Dread Saurian not to show up in the roster. Enjoy!

@klaysdnd it is currently working fine for me. Maybe deleting the file and restarting the game works? It should then reinstall the mod in the latest version if you are still subscribed.

@Ralof yea i would love to use the mod manager as well.. downloaded it from the external website and all but dont know how to get it to work.. always get a message that "access to some files is denied" alon ght lines.. Can you give me a brief discription how you got it to work?

@Etno Gabba That's a problem with the launcher i had the same issue until i started using Kaedrin's Mod Manager which is working like normal with all my mods.

alright, with certainty i can confirm that this mod works fine when its the only mod active. Any further mods even when unrelated to lizardmen, break it and vice versa...

It seems that if you enable one single mod, it works fine, but as soon as you enable multiple mods, most of them dont work anymore.. Anyone having the same issue? Is that maybe to do with the new launcher? Hope so, cause i really like this mod here but i also need others :/

I mostly use the Last Defenders but I can't find it with them. I'll try the main lizardmen faction

You can easily check if it works in a custom game. Make sure you have the mod enabled, go to a custom game, select the main lizardmen faction, go to the monster tab. It has an orange marker just like the blessed units.

Ah yeah i remember vaguely hearing about the issues with the mounts, Its kind of a shame but i must say it would be hilarious to have a giant Kroq Gar xD

Scaling up Grymloq is totally doable and is rather simple actually. However, I don't think it will be possible to have Kroq-gar ride a dread saurian/scaled up Grymloq without it looking ridiculous for one of three reasons:

(1) The rider and seat have a fixed location so the rider/seat will now be inside or beneath the carnosaur model.
(2) kroq-gar scales with the model and look gigantic being the height of a gatehouse.
(3) the seat will change size with the carnosaur, which would mean a ridiculously big chair for a comparatively miniature kroq-gar.

For better understanding see my thunder lizard mod, the crystal works the same in modding terms as the chair:

Yeah just wanted to ask if its possible to have Grymloq scaled up as well? Perhaps in a seperate mod or a tutorial on how to do it ourselves would be great, i know a while back there was an issue with mounts and some scaling issues? Just think it'd be super cool. Cheers!

@tak unfortunately this is part of the carnosaurs animation. There is no way to fix it as we cannot alter animations.

Whenever he uses the Sync kill animation he becomes smaller, then becomes bigger again once the sync kill finish, its super off putting caa you fix it?

Hello =) You may have noticed it before, or maybe it's from an other mod i'm using, but while fighting your big boy loose its mighty scale during a particular animation, it become "as little" as a carno and when it's done comes back progressively to its big size. Do you plan to fix it?
