This is for a Vietnam War scenario I have in the works. I've been a little distracted since the Fall '17 patch with the start locations bug etc. :steammocking:

why do you need a mod to name your cities? Just change the name as you prefer

Would be cool if this were a rebuilt US after it fell. Like the country shattered and the military stepped up to retain order even though the government fell.
