Something i didn't see yet is a dialog option:"Protect my family", for when you move to a new house.
Right now i use Amazing Follower tweaks "set camp" or "dismissed but hang around" options, which to say is individually and manuel. I just like the kids to see the world.

Is there any way to add an NPC to the list of new Housecarls? I was hoping I could have someone like Kharjo watch my house. (Lakeview is all khajiit except the housecarl, want to change that)

Yes, my mod reduces a bit the relation rank but it depends on their temper how they actually react to that. I may review it at some point but I find it interesting too how they have personalitie when that happen.

it worked with your advices, but I have another problem, but I'm not sure it comes from your mod : since I dismissed one of my housecarl, who is still my stewart btw, each time I walk beside her or when I stand in front of her, she insults me. does it come from this mod ?

What you mean sent them to HF? As stewards? Then also dismiss them via dialogue from the housecarl job, they can have both jobs but you can dismiss them before or after steward assignment.

just one question : this mod works only when you want to replace your housecarl, right ? if I want to have new ones in my old houses, because I sent the ones I had in my hearthfire ones, it won't work ? I ask that because I tried to hire some npcs and it didn't work.
